I want you to give me some feed back please, over the past 2 month how has everyone coped with the Isolation, for those lucky enough working from home some have thrived and some suffered. Tension building up through your shoulders, neck and upper back regions, if you need assistance with releasing the tight sore muscles, or just checking in on how to stretch and exercise to cope. 08.01.2022 Hi folks, It’s been a while since I posted anything re stretching and exercising. I think through this lock down some of us have struggled with the isolation even myself. But we need to get up and start moving, just the simple things walking, getting some sun, working or playing in the garden, these types of activities can and will support our wellbeing.
