01.01.2022 The Year 8s have recently worked on designing a Healthy Breakfast, which aligns with the recommendations set out in the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. They were encouraged to challenge their technical skills in this task. As you can see, they did a really fantastic job and demonstrated excellent technique in poaching eggs and creating avocado roses
