25.01.2022 Announcing as of last month, HHDD has successfully achieved BDAA Accreditation for Medium Rise Level. What does this mean? It takes HHDD to another step to becoming a registered practitioner, as legislation is changing for building practitioners including Building Desigers in the state of NSW to reflect other states around the country. Medium Rise Accreditation in summary enables HHDD to design and document residential classed projects; and commercial classed projects to a maximum rise of 3 storeys and a maximum floor area of 2,000m2.
