23.01.2022 "Dad... you made the dash too high..." says the apprentice in the making. :) Not much happening on the rod these days. Hoping to get back onto it soon.

22.01.2022 Interesting job in recently. Hand Rolled Bonnet made from 1.2mm hot rolled sheet. Swage lines bead rolled to match existing radiator shroud pressings and original Ford body lines. Several custom tools were made to create this one job, but well worth it. (6 hours were spent on the first bonnet only for Travis to throw it in the scrap bin - it's got to be just right!). If you require any custom panels, bead rolling (automotive or other) give Travis a call 0405 197 217.

21.01.2022 Long range fuel tank for victor mower Special tank made for customer. Went from 1L fuel capacity to 1.5L. Nothing like mowing your front and rear lawns without refueling!

15.01.2022 Here's some photos of work Hammerfall Custom has recently been involved in. Atlas Copco drill rig came in for engine change out due to high hours and contamination, as well as other repair work while it was in the workshop. Job went well within planned hours and is back at work happily drilling holes.

08.01.2022 This Austin Champ had a badly rusted roof. We cut the old roof off, replaced all rusted internal roof skin supports and then hand formed new roof skin using 1.2mm cold rolled sheet (to match original thickness), corner pieces were hand formed in sand bags and final shaping done on planishing hammer before being trimmed and welded into place. All works done up to point of paint.
