24.01.2022 R U Ok Day is today R U ok? And so important to ask more than ever right now , so reach out to your family and friends and check they are ok. ... Especially at the moment- not many people are really ok. People are struggling. People are afraid of the unknown ahead. What change is coming? Will things ever be the same again? Will things go back to normal? Isolated from family and friends. You are not alone There is always help on the other side of a phone. https://www.ruok.org.au/findhelp

16.01.2022 Welcome to Spoonville ! If Uniting Place is within your 5km exercise zone then you may like to visit Spoonville. We'd love more Spoonvillers to join us, so kids see what spoons (no plastic please) you have that would like to throw on their outfits (made by you of course!) and take resident here to make families daily exercise a little more interesting. You'll find Spoonville as you walk the path along Coral Drive.

05.01.2022 Creating a sacred space in the home is a great way for families, and all of us, to experience some peace and be reminded of God's presence during this unsettling time. Here's some helpful ideas to get started.

In this week when many churches traditionally hold a Blessing of the Animals service you may like to follow this link to reflect on and thank God for your animals https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEt7EAENsIk or watch this video and learn how to make an animal card to send to your vet or local animal or wildlife shelter, thanking them for helping look after the animals which are part of God's amazing creation and precious to us.

03.01.2022 ZOOM FUR, FEATHERS AND FINS FEAST (Families Eating And Sharing Together) 5pm SundayIntroduce us to your pet or tell us about a favourite feathered, fury, finned or scaly backyard visitor as we thank God for these special animal gifts and do some crafting.
