19.01.2022 TOTAL FIRE BAN: that means no fires until midnight Monday Sept 28. It's going to be a bad weekend - wind, little humidity, warmer - so do some last minute cleaning up and get your plan ready. No fires.

14.01.2022 Update Friday 11am: We're keeping a crew there to make sure the smouldering timber doesn't send an ember off in the wind. Merritt's Creek people, you might see some smoke from a fire at the southern end of Merritt's Creek Road. Five crews attended and they are just mopping up now, so should be finished soon. If you put in the postcode 4352, it will take you to the southern edge of this massive area, so just move the map to get to the northern end where we are.
