14.01.2022 OPERATING HOURS We are now actively trialing our seasonal hours. At this stage, we will remain CLOSED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Which means our restaurant is open and takeaway coffee is still available... Wednesday to Sunday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 7.00am BOOKINGS Thank you for your patience, when it comes to making your bookings. Our online booking system is fully operational again, in the first instance, please head to our website. If you have a problem with online, please email your booking request to [email protected] or phone 9385 9588 please remember we are closed on Monday and Tuesday emails are monitored You will also notice that we have adjusted our seating times, instead of every 15 minutes, we are now seating every 20 minutes. (8.00am | 8.20am | 8.40am etc) For guests with existing bookings please keep an eye out for email booking confirmation SEATING TIME ALLOCATION We have adjusted our time allowance as follows: Breakfast - 90 minutes Lunch and Dinner - 120 minutes VENUE HOUSE KEEPING To understand, the venue size and the impact of this new Phase 3 uplift, here is a little more information to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. - All customers must complete a sign in register. - You are now welcome to come in just for a drink, - No stand up is permitted. - You may approach the bar and order; however you must return to your table. - Bookings will take priority; this will assist us operationally and ensure you have a space available. - Our restaurant will remain the core focus of bookings, the central deck will remain as a takeaway area with limited seating available. -The bubbles lounge will reopen shortly with customers placing orders from the bar. The venue still will not be operating on full capacity this also means that staff numbers are also reduced. Please be patient and understanding as we navigate this next stage. MENU Our menu will continue to be updated for seasonality, with the winter menu earmarked for the 12 June. Our suppliers have not returned to full delivery service, as the essence of our business is to ensure fresh, quality produce all the time, we may unfortunately sell out of menu items. We anticipate our suppliers returning to full 7 day services within the next few weeks. We are treating this weekend as though it is our first open day. We have a lot to adjust and learn with flow and procedures. Thank you in advance for working with us, your patience and your patronage.
