25.01.2022 Hampton Senior High School is sad to inform past staff, students and parents of the unexpected death of a respected and talented teacher, Lara Daebritz. Lara ta...ught English at Hampton from 1993 until 2009 and then until 2013 as a relief teacher. She will be sadly missed by the school community.

22.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY As part of the switch to new bridges over Tonkin Highway at Reid Highway, a temporary roundabout will replace traffic signals at the int...ersection from Sunday, August 12. It will be in place until mid-2019, allowing other vital works to continue. A friendly reminder: - give way to vehicles already in the roundabout - obey directional arrows on the road, and - indicate left when youve passed the last exit before the one you intend to use. 21.01.2022 Update*** This reunion would include all those who may have left school in Year 10 in 1976. We will be sharing photos soon and hope to find more archive materia...ls to share from 1976. Calling all former Hampton Senior High School students with a leaving year of 1978. Is there any interest in planning a reunion? David Krsticevic will be back in Perth in August this year and would like to catch up with former classmates. The Hampton archives and memorabilia are plentiful but sadly nothing much for 1978. If you would like to send in any photos or memories to share, send via messenger or for the attention of Tina by email [email protected] See more

This is an absolute once in... a lifetime opportunity for most of the students, many of whom have never been on a plane before, let alone overseas. Were trying to raise as much as we can over the next 11 months to ease the financial burden on the families. Please come along and buy a sausage sizzle and a Pasito from us on Saturday and support our Hampton students! See more

09.01.2022 P&C Recognition Day, Friday July 26 The purpose of this day is to recognise the valuable impact that P&C volunteers have upon public schools across the State. Although small in number, our P&C has an enormous impact on the school through the staff management and operation of the Yellow Brick Caf (Canteen). Additionally, allocating P&C profits throughout the school for the benefit of our students and organising a variety of community events. The list of P&C contributions is e...xtensive and include funding of photography equipment for Media, bending equipment for Design and Technology, soft furnishings for student use in the Library and Student Services, Graduation Awards and the Year 8 Leadership Program. The community movie evenings run by the P&C have built in attendance and it is superb to see our P&C put on a non-profit making event, purely for the altruistic goal of bringing the community together. This is outstanding work from a small group of committed parents who are making a direct impact on your childs experience at Hampton SHS. Thank you to all of our past and current Hampton P&C members for their endeavours and support of the school. In particular, the school would like to thank Mrs Jacquelyn Pavy for her outstanding vision, endeavour and persistence as P&C President. Her drive has made all the difference in the range of activities and opportunities the P&C has provided for Hampton students. If you would like to join this group of keen and effective parents on our P&C, please come along to our next meeting in the school library at 7pm (finishing at 8pm) on Monday August 12. If you unable to attend, please contact the school by email: [email protected] and we can forward details of how you can be involved in the future. See more
