In line with the Victorian governments announcement about the easing of restrictions, we are pleased to inform you that Han Body Therapy will reopen from Monday 1st June 2020.... To ensure everyones safety, rules about distancing and hygiene still need to be strictly adhered to. Please allow a few minutes between customers for cleaning/disinfecting of equipment. Some of our customers are elderly or immunocompromised, so if you feel unwell please cancel and reschedule your appointment. We will also be keeping a record of our customers contact details to allow tracing. Thank you so much for your patience, cooperation, support and understanding. 20.01.2022 Dear customers, This is the last thing we were expecting to be writing. As most of you would have seen earlier today, the Victorian government has announced that as of midnight Wednesday, we will return to stage 3 lockdown again. We will therefore be forced to close our doors again for at least another 6 weeks. This is certainly upsetting as weve done our best, done all the right things, and followed all the right procedures. ... We are still open tomorrow (Wednesday 8th July) with limited appointments available. Please send us a message on Facebook messenger or text Henry on 0434063714 to enquire. We apologise that appointments from Thursday onwards will need to be cancelled/rescheduled. Once again we would also like to assure you that gift vouchers that expire during the time of our temporary closure will have their expiry dates extended and honored when we reopen (again). 20.01.2022 FYI: MANDATORY FACE COVERINGS Face coverings are mandatory as of Wednesday 22/07/2020 at 11:59pm. There is a $200 fine for noncompliance.... There are some exceptions for younger children and for people who can’t wear a face covering for health reasons - do take the time to read if you haven’t already done so. 16.01.2022 Dear customers, Wow! What a few months we have had! Certainly trying times - we hope you are all continuing to stay healthy and safe. Thank you so much for all your messages, calls and efforts to keep in touch. Your concern is greatly and truly appreciated.... We are pleased to announce that we have moved to a new and bigger shop. This will hopefully allow us to serve our customers better and also allow us to practice better personal distancing. You can find us at our new address: Shop 2, 246 Dorset Road, Boronia VIC 3155 (Same arcade, just the opposite shop from our previous location) As per our previous posts, once we reopen we will continue to practice good hygiene (hand sanitisers at the entrance, new bedroll sheet for each customer, cleaning/sanitising equipment in between customers). 13.01.2022 Dearest customers, It’s our favourite time of year, which means we’ll be busy drinking mugs of hot chocolate, stuffing our faces with Christmas treats and attempting to fulfill our children’s wish of seeing both of us perform every song in the Wiggles’ Wiggly Wiggly Christmas album. We will be closed for a couple of days to spend some quality time with our family and friends. We assure you that all your messages will still be answered as soon as possible. Business will resume... as usual from Sunday 27th December 2020 - and yes, we’re open on New Year’s Day! This year has been a year unlike any other. 05.01.2022 Dear customers, Hope everyone has had a great week. Our week was a busy one as we got the shop ready and we are very excited to welcome our customers back starting tomorrow. Our main priority is to provide a clean and safe environment for everyone. We are implementing the below precautionary measures in the shop in accordance with the advice from the government and public health officials:... - Providing hand sanitisers for customers at the entrance - Masks will be worn when providing services - Regular cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and high touch areas such as the massage table, cupping equipment, hot stones, and customers belongings storage areas - Disposable bed rolls will be used on massage tables in replacement of towels - To encourage safe distancing and due to the size of our shop, customers are advised to wait outside the shop or in their cars, then come in when the prior customer has left the shop. Should you decide to wait in the car, please call/text Henry to inform him of your arrival and he will call you when he is ready to see you - The lolly jar will still be there (yay! ) and all lollies are individually packaged - We continue to accept cash payments, however to limit personal contact, customers are also able to make payments via bank transfer if preferred We appreciate your cooperation, support and understanding.
