At Hancock Farming Enterprises we work hard to create opportunities for others. We offer award wages for an honest day’s work. We are actively growing our Cropping, Livestock, and Freight enterprise to service Australia with Reliable, efficient, and friendly service. We are looking to recruit experienced Road Train Drivers for local grain and Interstate Runs Ayre Peninsula to Lucky bay and interstate to QLD and NSW at this stage. Your Skills: Compassion and empathy, Current MC license preferably 2 years or more, not a deal breaker. A commitment to safety and safe working practices, A motivated work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised, Presentable and good with people. Your role will include driving, on behalf of Toll’s Linehaul services and complying with Toll’s and HFE policy and procedures. We prefer an experienced Toll driver who is not scared of varied pick-up and drop points and someone who is tech-savvy and able to use GPS. (we use Teletrack Navmans). The pay is $30 per hour from turning the engine on to finishing for the day (including breaks). Also, $42 per night if out on a job. (this includes the Drivers Award increase scheduled in November) Award wages are $35 for Driving, $24 for loading, and $22 for cleaning and break unpaid. However, to make it easy for all we pay the same rate for all hours.
