01.01.2022 As a practitioner of this therapy, I'd like to share that my practice is in itself a therapy for me too. I'm never simply performing the therapy as a chore or a "job", as the craft of massage is so much more to me physically, spiritually and psychologically. It's about the exchange and lifting of energies, making a connection with another human being by bringing them a feeling of ease and calm, helping them to re-connect with their own body and it's experience.
