24.01.2022 I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas break. I for one hope to make some more soap during mine! Ready now are more of my HIMALYAN PINK SALT SPA BARS. There are many benefits of using a salt soap. The main being that it gently exfoliates the skin removing dead skin cells and leaving your skin soft and smooth. Salt contains many minerals primarily magnesium, potassium, iodine, calcium and zinc. This is the reason why many people use bath bombs or soak in a bath with salt...s. Salt can help draw impurities from the skin and help balance the bodies oils. They are different to a normal handmade soap as they have a more creamy rather than bubbly lather. Due to the higher salt content they are also made with a much higher superfat level so that the skin is nourished while it is exfoliated. I must say I have become a fan of these salt spa bars myself. Some people use them on a daily basis but for me two or three times a week is enough to stimulate and smooth my skin. $4.00 each and now available in Citrus Fruit and Green Mint. See more
