We are seeking a Casual Funeral Director Assistant for our Leongatha location.... The position involves: Assisting with the transfer and preparation of deceased persons Participating in a duty roster which includes after hours, weekends, long weekends and public holidays Providing general assistance to the Funeral Director at Funeral Services including the set up and pack down of venues and cemeteries Driving and maintenance of Funeral Vehicles Skills and attributes sought: Professional personal presentation Exceptional communication skills Be comfortable working in a Funeral environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, which includes heavy lifting Unrestricted Driver's license Previous Funeral industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
