On Sunday the Victorian Government announced a revised anticipated date for the reopening of retail (including market stalls) and dine-in hospitality (including outdoor dining). The reopening of retail and dine-in hospitality in metropolitan Melbourne will now be from Monday 2 November. ... For our Market, the general merchandise traders previously planned for 22 October has now been delayed. PE and SL general merchandise traders can now return to our Market from Thursday 5 November 2020.
