24.01.2022 We have been testing our hay bags. These bags are the same as our ever so popular feed bags - just in a larger scale! They fit just over 1/3rd of a bale in each (more if your happy to break up biscuits) and are perfect for portioning out your hay at the start of the week if your on agistment or for taking hay when travelling! We put out expressions of interest earlier on in the year and had a lot of people put their hand up. We are looking at getting a batch of these made up. 19.01.2022 What is H & O? We often get asked where it comes from and what it stands for. Well, meet H & O! Our beloved Henry (left) and Otto (right) have been part of our family for over 12 years and where the perfect choice to name our company after! Henry and Otto are half brothers, Henry is a riding pony and Otto is a riding pony cross thoroughbred. They were bred by John Petty of Glyndebourne Stud and have the best nature’s you could ask for .

18.01.2022 One of the most popular comments and PM’s we get is asking us who our beautiful model is. Well.... Meet Otto, formally known as ‘Glyndebourne Mantovani’. Otto is the ‘O’ in H & O and is owned by myself and my husband, he’s not a professional model as often thought! He is around 15.2 hands high, now 15 years old and probably to the surprise of most he’s actually a riding pony cross thoroughbred! He’s out of a lovely little TB mare by a riding pony stallion carrying some o...utstanding pony blood including being a great grandson of Keston Royal Occasion and Syon Royal Portrait. Otto is the quietest, friendliest horses you’ll ever come across. Despite being a successful show horse, dressage horse and competitive riding club mount he’s also been used to teach beginners, help people get back into riding after loosing their confidence, been lent to a young girl coming off a pony who went from being not overly confident to doing XC at PC and taking out several big awards at the Youth Nationals and is a fantastic ‘Uncle’ to the young horses. Otto can often be found in places he’s not meant to be, it’s not uncommon for me to find him rummaging though my husbands tool box, climbing the hay stack or getting himself stuck in a tight spot because he thought he could fit through but can’t (he’s a bit of a pudding with the metabolism of a Shetland!). He LOVES his stable, if it’s raining in the morning he actually refuses to leave the barn. He’d stay in all day if he could. He lives the life of luxury in semi-retirement (although may make a little comeback!) rugged, fed, stabled at night and paddocked during the day with his best mate and half brother Henry. He is extremely affectionate. Anyone within range will be grabbed by his top lip on the arm to get pulled towards him so he can lick you or wrap his neck around you for a cuddle. He can finish a brand new ‘Likit’ refill in about 34 seconds and once ate a 20kg Barastoc mare block to himself in 12 hours Hope you enjoyed finding out a bit more about our special boy! It seems he’s certainly got quiet a following and his own fan club Cheers Bianca & Otto
