Exhale fully through your mouth .... LET GO FULLY ...feel your body relax 5. Repeat ( oh and Drink lots of water ,I’ll teach you how to do that next week ) Your welcome

08.01.2022 I’m very lucky to do what I love for a living........ when I was little the first thing I did when I got a new matchbox car was paint it... now I get paid to do it. This job was gold lettering on a rare vintage ford from a rare model toy car ....it was like creative meditation . I had trouble getting an apprenticeship because I’m left handed .... ... I may have to concentrate a bit harder because i’m dyslexic ( just make sure the S’s go the right way around and check my spelling 20 times and count on my fingers ) I don’t get along with time ...although we have a little understanding , we just do our own thing now . ( I’m gonna be late , count on it ) I may get a little distracted quite easily But it all works out ,doesn’t it, just practice and find what works for you make lots of mistakes, don’t worry about it . We all have little glitch’s here and there it’s what makes Us Us ...... don’t listen to anyone about anything just do your thing and don’t be a jerk and you’ll be a’ight
