Ingredients: 2L Chicken Stock 1 Large carrot diced 1/2 Pumpkin diced 1 zuchini 1 onion diced 4 garlic cloves the 2 sprigs garlic 2 large potatoes diced 1 capsicum diced 2 tomatoes diced Method: - Pre heat oven to 180degrees - Place all diced vegetables in a deep baking tray and season with salt & pepper - Place seasoned lamb shoulder on top of the veggies - Pour Stock around the lab on the vegetables, top up with water if needed so that the liquid covers halfway up the meat - Put in oven at 180degrees for 30mins - After 30minutes pull out of oven and cover with foil - Reduce oven to 160 degrees - Place back in oven for a further 3.5hours or until the lamb is falling apart

16.01.2022 Isolation Baking:- 450g smashed banana 2 eggs 125ml raw honey... 125ml extra virgin olive oil 1t ground cinnamon 2t baking powder 175g dedicated coconut 180g flour of choice Method: -Preheat oven 160 - combine banana,eggs, honey, olive oil, cinnamon into mixing bowl - add flour, baking powder & coconut - mix until well combined - spoon batter into lined tin - bake for 1 hour- test w skewer - cool & enjoy Happy baking tag us in your creations
