EVERY FRIDAY Rain Hail or shine BETWEEN 9:30AM - 2PM unless otherwise advised. FREE SAUSAGE SIZZLE SO COME HAVE A FEED WHILST YOU WAIT! No Criteria Checks Required!! (Doesn't matter if your Working or on Centrelink or anything in between, EVERYONE IS WELCOME) SECTION 1 24 shelves of cupboard items from Cereal to Toiletries, Nappies and Baby Formula, Adult Incontinence Pads, Animal Products/Food that YOU get to choose off the shelves. SECTION 2 Fill a BOX of Fruit and Vegetables (We do up a box of a variety of what we have have at the time + plus any extras we have an abundance of) SECTION 3 YOU get to choose from a range of Two choices of Meat from many different varieties, as well as Meat and Fish, Boxed meals, Ham or Chicken Slices even Sausage Rolls, Pasties and more! SECTION 4 Dozen Eggs, Bread/Buns, Butter, Cheese or Yogurt, Salad Rolls and Sandwiches, Pies ect (We will ask you to decide what you prefer out of this section) ALL OUR STOCK IS IN DATE!! First timers to sign a register form. (Bring some form of identification eg, Drivers license/Medicare/Photo ID/Pension or Healthcare card or any form of ID) Come as many times after that each week. (You can buy more then one hamper at a time) In an EMERGENCY Plz call MAL on 0412 380 511 We work on a family of four as we are not government funded or get large quantities of donated food products. ANYONE CAN COME! We are also on Facebook under Rockhampton Food Bank as well as Hands of Compassion. Just to let everyone know it’s not just $50 worth of food it works up to around $120-$140 but you only pay the $50.

21.01.2022 We have new parking arrangements this year, because we are now in an industrial area there are B-double trucks turning into Robison st all the time both ways so can we please ask that you try park inside our premises if possible or up on the grassed area across the road. There are driveways there so you don’t have to damage your vehicles going over the gutters.

21.01.2022 Alrighty everyone we are up and running this Friday same times 9:30-2:00 and free sausage sizzle as well, Soft drink cans $1 Please if you have boxes could you bring them or your own shopping bags will be good to. Some staff will be at the shop tomorrow from 10:00am if anyone has donations to drop off.... We look forward to seeing you all again for 2019
