22.01.2022 It is almost Christmas and this is a great time of year to come in for a tune-up, to ease any niggling pain & relieve end of year stress that most of us are fee...ling. In past years I have often handed out vouchers to give to friends & loved ones in a spirit of goodwill at Christmas but this year, in light of the recent fires that have devastated many in our community, I have decided to sell vouchers for a 60 minute massage for $60. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these Christmas Vouchers will be donated to our local Rural Bush Fire Service - South Katoomba RFB. Vouchers are available from me or from Katoomba Workwear - 174 Katoomba St, Specsavers Australia Katoomba - 98 Katoomba S, True To The Bean - 123 Katoomba St, or South Katoomba Rural Fire Service - Red Hill St, Katoomba. So please, if you can, buy one or more vouchers & give something special that revives an exhausted friend, a loved one or co-worker or someone you know who is affected by the fires & help our local rural fire service at the same time they do a fantastic job & deserve all the help that we can give them. 18.01.2022 A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all those who helped us to raise funds for the Rural Fire Service. To Jane & Charity, to the local businesses that advertised and sold massage vouchers & especially to those who bought the vouchers. As a result of all of our efforts we have raised & handed over $1620 to the South Katoomba RFB.... Don’t forget the vouchers are valid until 31 March 2014 & until that time, although no longer available in the shops, anyone else making an appointment directly & mentioning the RFS will receive their massage & all proceeds will be donated to the RFS.
