25.01.2022 Some cosmetic wear and tear on a clients Granny flat. A job that the client though would be easy. Had to replace all upright supports. Cleaned and Oiled. Rejuvenate!



24.01.2022 Todays client needed the front door to her clinic to have a freshen up. Some rotten timber removed. And some re varnishing of her timber trim and door.

23.01.2022 Decking sanded and re-oiled in Miranda. To day I had the boss (magpie) which was pretty tame watching my every move. Kept hopping up to me with curiosity.

23.01.2022 Job 2 on a hot day. Job from hell. Client gets me to come clean yard after my last visit being in excess of 10 months. Last visit client didnt want me to touch the pumpkin which had basically taken over the yard. This time they wanted it gone. Along with an overgrown grape vine. Word of advice people. Dont plant vegetation that you can not maintain physically.



22.01.2022 When you feed Cockatoos and stop. They will eat your house. Client wanted to replace some red cedar paneling that was destroyed by some hungry, bored cockatoos some years ago. End result customer was happy. Smell of cut red cedar. Lovely!
