24.01.2022 A garden clean up was requested after tenants had moved out having only poisoned and snipped. Mulch has been put into the gardens as well as the roof and gutters being cleared of leaves and the Concrete areas around the house as well as the deck Gurnied, the deck and surrounding timbers will be getting oiled in the coming days giving the whole has a nice rejuvenation before new tenants move in.

22.01.2022 Yesterday I encountered a nest of hairy caterpillars, although the caterpillars never came in contact with me, when the blower went past the nest the hairs from within blew back and got me. I have been made aware that there is quite a lot more hairy caterpillars and nest in SE QLD due to the weather we have had. Attached is a video of the nest and the result of just the hairs blowing back is in the comments. Please be careful in your gardens

21.01.2022 A truck went through my clients front hedge and through the garden taking a lot of plants with it before coming to rest on the house. big difference and one happy client later, in 12 months you won't even know it ever happened with the use of established plants

21.01.2022 My Client today asked for a gate and 2 fences to be built to keep their dogs safe. Being a rental (owners permission was sort prior to build) attachment to the house was minimal.

16.01.2022 I was finally able to organise a day in advance and the weather agree with me and allow me to oil the deck I commenced a few weeks ago. Although in the photos the oil is still wet, the difference a fresh coat made was incredible.
