21.01.2022 A beautiful fence, gate and retaining wall job I did a little while ago! . Cypress pine pickets and posts, treated pine sleepers all stained in a merbau colour and varnish. . Looks great, adds a little security as well as separating the different areas!... . . . #carpentryaustralia #picketfence #gate #retainingwall @ Burwood East, Victoria, Australia See more

18.01.2022 Living and Dining room reveal week on @theblock! // Always a massive week as it's crucial the living and dining room ties in with the Kitchen and they complement each other. // So much to like about individual aspects of each room though!! Daniel and Jade's dining table! Along with their curved wall with recessed ceiling lighting.... Sarah and George's brick wall, Luke and Jasmines coffee table! I could go on. // Some epic rooms and I'd happily live in any of them // // // #theblock2020 #theblock #livingroom #diningroom See more

18.01.2022 Progress on the Elwood fence replacement job - colorbond panels going on.

17.01.2022 Here weve just cut the handrail to size and are screwing the handrail on place.

17.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! This outdated cement sheet cladded fence with timber framing all around the edges and covering the joins. The sheeting is old and brittle and looks run down.... Be sure to follow this fence replacement to find out how the new fence will look!

17.01.2022 Window replacement

17.01.2022 I've taken most of the beading off and will soon have it all out for the new window to go in.

16.01.2022 A nice little gate repair to a gate that had been ripped from its fixings into the brick work - the dynabolts used were far too small in length and diameter. I drilled new holes into the brick and installed new proper sized dynabolts firmly securing the post, then I rehung the gate to align the gate perfectly with even gaps and making sure the gate hardware was functioning correctly. #carpentry #gaterepair #gate

15.01.2022 When a hinge breaks and the gate hasn't opened in months!

15.01.2022 Colorbond Panels all on and installed and then painted to come up a treat! Looks very sophisticated and sleek! Such a difference

15.01.2022 Little fence and gate repair I did a while back!

14.01.2022 A great fence covering I did a while back that is a beautiful screening whilst hiding a terribly leaning fence!

14.01.2022 What commitment used to mean to me - It would be Ill try my absolute best or even to a lesser extent, if it suits me or if its convenient. Even sometimes it would be, if I can be bothered. . Not anymore. . What commitment means to me now is Im committed, Im all in no matter what it takes, if I say Im going to do it, I will. Period. If I dont have my word then what do I really have? If we dont have accountability for our words and actions, what is there?... There will be times I cant do what I say Im going to do but it will be for my own health, to protect someone else or myself or in my very best interests. . . . #mywordismybond #kerwinrae #NISI2020 #NISIessentials See more

13.01.2022 The mirror is up and looks amazing. What a grand mirror to walk past down this hallway in this beautiful house!

13.01.2022 A nice little gate build and installation! Steel frame gates, cladded with Cypress pine pickets, finished with capping to match the fences with drop bolts and a latch for easy usage and closing!

12.01.2022 7 years!! What a journey indeed! // Things have changed a lot and I've come a long way over the years but I couldn't be prouder of what I've created from nothing. // My brother was my biggest support from the start and doubt I would be here without him. ... // Thanks to every single client that I've ever worked for, I'm very grateful. Sorry to the huge amount of emails and enquiries I never get back to, there are so many. I've always tried my best but it's hard, my god it's hard. // Here's to another year of challenges and adversity, bring it on // // // #7years #happybirthday #milestone #achievement #proud #journey #handymanofmelbourne #melbournehandyman #handyman #attentiontodetail #craftsmanship #home #homemaintenance #building #renovating #repairs #maintenance #homerenovations #construction #carpentry #cabinetmaking #tiling #beforeandafter #onthetools #melbourne #melbournebusiness #smallbusiness #supportsmallbusiness See more

12.01.2022 Hanging this large mirror - 2600mm x 1500mm can only be done one way and that's split batten into the studs or a similar bracket that hooks on.

12.01.2022 A nice little makeover of a Laundry. It simply needed the washing machine sitting on the ground and therefore the cabinetry rearranged and modified. Came up great!

11.01.2022 Another fence repair today, dig out the existing fence posts with including breaking up the concrete and either re-concrete the existing ones back in or replace them if they're rotted.

11.01.2022 A beautiful study I built in Ocean Grove. Lots of plastering, patching and sanding went into it. Lining boards from Bunnings Warehouse Australia which came up great with a clear coat of varnish. A stunning solid timber Tasmanian Oak benchtop from @workingsurfaces really steals the show. Beautifully highlighted by some awesome strip lighting by my go to legend of a guy and electrician Matt @Kingstoncraftelectrical... Also some beautiful 2 pack Painted floating shelves from my go to painters @impeccablefinish who always do a flawless job and fixed into the framework so as much weight can put on them as need be! Get in touch to bring your study to life!

11.01.2022 A very challenging repair but a fence saving post replacement carried out today. . Fence was leaning and only getting worse by the day. The post was completely rotted (& rooted ) through the post and was non existent just below the soil. Replacement was essential. . A new dressed Cypress post installed and has straightened up the fence beautifully and all the details in the post replicated perfectly.... . The other posts are in pretty good condition strangely so the fence will last for years to come now thanks to this repair! . . . #fencerepair #fencepost #postdetails #carpentry #carpentryaustralia @ Kensington, Victoria See more

08.01.2022 Fence replacement! Say goodbye to this old fence (it looks a lot worse closer up) as I demo it and build a new one over the next few days

07.01.2022 Handrails are all installed and we even threw in an unexpected mirror hang too! Everything looks great and the handrails are a great addition to the staircase. The client wanted to paint them to save a bit of money so they need to do a few touch ups on the cuts and once they are done it will look great!

06.01.2022 What a difference some replacement weatherboards, some scraping, patchint and sanding makes! See my Instagram for the before photos!

06.01.2022 Fence came up really well! Client is happy. All cross rails are firmly attached now, all the plinths have been replaced and fixed in, some patching done and the letterbox re-installed. They wanted to get a bit more life out of the fence and this will give it a few more years at least. Turns out they're selling once the market returns to normal so as usual they just wanted a cheap repair to make it loon good.

03.01.2022 This is simply gratitude for being able to work when everywhere I see and go are businesses either closed or struggling to stay open because of having to cover business expenses and keep their shop open which hits home hard. . It's heartbreaking to see businesses closed already and new ones you going under each week after months of financial strain finally breaking them. . This is gratitude that I work out of my van and don't have an office or huge overheads that I couldn't a...fford with what's going on. . I'm truly grateful that I can work and have had work for the last few months. Thank you to everyone that made enquires and accepted my quotes when up to 80% of my usual enquires stopped coming in. . It was scary and I didn't know if I would have work at all and it those people that keep buying things, keep spending in those early weeks and months that keep businesses alive and keep the economy flowing..... Thank you . When so many of us had to stop spending all together because we didn't know where our next pay or even dollar was coming from would have been scary as fuck as a bloody good reason to stop spending. . Big love Everyone and thank you . . . #gratitude #thankyou #smallbusiness #businessowners See more

01.01.2022 When a hinge breaks and the gate hasnt opened in months!

01.01.2022 Although I absolutely love the timber look, these doors came up great. Very time consuming and precision and care needed.
