23.01.2022 BUILD EXTERIOR WALL AND WINDOWS We rebuilt the exterior wall and windows for this home in Gerringong. For this project we: - built new framing to fit new windows... - installed new windows - installed new insulation in the walls - covered exterior with weatherboard - built new window architraves. To save costs for this home owner we sourced 2nd-hand cedar windows from ebay. It may take a while to find windows in the exact dimensions you need, but the wait is worth the money you will save!

14.01.2022 UPDATE KITCHEN This sad old kitchen needed an update! For this project we: - removed tiles and replaced them with timber floorboards... - removed a large cupboard the fridge sat in (which dominated the room) and used this space to lengthen the bench and provide much-needed food prep room - installed larger kitchen bench - removed old sink and replaced with a new one - replaced old tapware - installed new water filtration system - painted window and architrave - removed old curtains and hung new venetian blinds - repainted kitchen walls, ceiling, cornice and architraves - replaced old door knobs and handles with new modern ones - installed dishwasher. It looks so bright and fresh!

12.01.2022 BUILD DOG STEP FOR TOBY One of our cutest projects! A lovely dog-owner from Kiama asked us to build a timber dog step for her gorgeous pup Toby so it was easier for him to get in and out of his doggy door. Such a cute dog! Our client left a lovely review for us on a local business review page - "PRAISE.....Mike Hall South Coast Handyman...great job, done quickly, incredible price and happy to do little things...my baby's new step ...he loves it!"

07.01.2022 INSTALL 2ND-HAND EBAY FRENCH DOORS Another ebay transformation! There were previously a large set of old metal windows that completely filled this space but did not open to allow air in. We removed the old windows and replaced them with this set of 2nd-hand french doors purchased from ebay at a fraction of the price of new ones. This project included: - removing large thick metal security grills from the old window - removing the old window - installing the new french doors... - installing the door knob and lock - painting the window and architrave - hanging new curtains. 01.01.2022 PRESSURE CLEAN AND RE-SEAL DRIVEWAY We recently high-pressure cleaned and resealed this driveway for a West Nowra client. He was so happy with the finished result. Once it dries it will look even cleaner and uniformly coloured. Pressure cleaning is a great way to clean concrete, outdoors surfaces, even house exteriors. It can make them look like new!
