21.01.2022 Working Wednesdays - If you're lucky like us, you've got wonderful neighbours and the shared fence is never a problem. Some people aren't so lucky. If you're stuck with no help to put up the new fence, or repair an existing one, Peter is the guy to call to come and lend a hand. He grew up on a dairy farm out Clifton way so fencing is probably still in his blood and you bet he owns every tool invented to make the task easier , just ask his wife.

18.01.2022 We're very proud of our parents (Peter & Cheryl) for not only donating a heap of their own stuff but for volunteering to pick up goods with their trailer for this wonderful Toowoomba charity who feed the homeless. Dad says he's got plenty of work on at the moment with more quote requests coming in and doesn't need me doing extra promotions on Facebook but I thought this was worth a mention - M.

11.01.2022 Working Wednesday - I'm excited to post this job because this was one I actually got to help on! Yes, Peter has a team of family and friends and this is how he manages to get the big jobs done on time. Firstly, there was a strict budget for supplies - the main pavers were found second-hand and even the rocks were a negotiation down to the most affordable to get a great look. Having lived in Toowoomba his whole life, Peter knew the customer would get the best value for money b...y buying plants at the local Sunday market and the shade sail was purchased on sale from a local hardware store. There was plenty of lifting; lots of leveling; a bit of painting; some digging; a little bit of "I think this looks better here" and some takeaway pizza but this job was done in ONE WEEKEND and looked amazing on the real estate photos. Just to be clear - my main role in this job was child-minding so my more useful sister could help out with the shoveling. Yeah. There's a reason I got social media duty - M

09.01.2022 Working Wednesdays - When you have to do plumbing repairs sometimes there's no other option than to go through the wall and your lovely bathroom tiles. If your plumber has left your shower looking like the 'before' photo below, give Peter a call and he'll make it look like the 'after' photo in no time. PLUS he always cleans up his own mess so you won't be stepping on grit next time you need a shower.

06.01.2022 Working Wednesdays - This actually works out cheaper than replacing the whole door when you factor in the painting expertise Peter has. - Remove the door at the hinges and take out the handle mechanism; - Repair the hole and sand it flat; - Spray paint the door in the same high gloss colour it was in;... - Wait for paint to dry (important step ) - Reinstall handle mechanism; - Reinstall onto hinges. Perfect. No one will ever know there was a hole.

03.01.2022 Working Wednesdays - I'm missing the original photo of the broken off soap holder, I'll ask Peter to post it in the comments if he can find it. Our before photo is after he has removed the broken soap holder tile and the after is the new one which he sourced for the customer. After talking to friends about this particular photo series, I'm tempted to poll "how do you even break one of these?" My friend suggested a hammer, I suggested an elephant - M
