24.01.2022 Happy Saturday! What's one thing you're looking forward to this weekend? Here are some tasting notes from our gin to get your mouth watering... Our unique 'Baker's Dozen' Gin has a tasting profile of: savoury, malt, apple, aromatic spice, and a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste. (Warning: Almonds were used for flavouring ) So are you keen to try it?



22.01.2022 The day is here, the website is live, and our gin is ready for pre-order!! We are so excited to finally let you know that we are up and running and ready to take orders for our Baker's Dozen Gin - our very first release! We have been working on this for a long time now, and it feels surreal that the day has finally come when we can make it all official and turn the website on. Thank you everyone for your support in our brand and values. We will continue to find ways to redu...ce food waste and look after our environment. Hanging 10 or Hang 10 is the ultimate surf technique on a longboard where you hang your ten toes over the nose of the board Here is an amazing photo by@mxmsurfphoto of local Northern Beaches surfer @tuly_whitee doing exactly that!... This is a very advanced technique that any longboarder dreams of achieving one day! Being two passionate surfers and longboarders ourselves, we loved the name Hang 10 as it reminds us to keep striving for our dreams. So now you know why we're called Hang 10 Distillery

06.01.2022 The final stages of preparations are happening The countdown begins... This Sunday 10 January, we will be opening online pre-orders for our first gin. This gin will be sold online only and is a limited release. This special gin is Australia's first ever Gin made from Sourdough bread and the first (as far as we know) that is actively reducing food waste.



02.01.2022 Hello Monday! Curious about how we make our Baker's Dozen Gin? Our gin is made from scratch, we ferment our own grain and then brew the (still fresh) sourdough bread we rescued from being thrown into landfill.
