13.01.2022 Many years ago, when I was just a small child, I was given a gift, this gift is my playground, my hangout, my best friend and confidant. My Harbour. It has challenged me and nurtured me, empowered me with strength and stretched me to conquer my weaknesses. It taught me patience and respect. I thank you Mother Nature for giving me this gift - the ocean. This is an excerpt from a book I co-authored some 12 years ago titled "Taking the Drop" - words I penned before I learnt... to meditate. I've always been drawn to the ocean and I still love it as much as ever, rarely a day passes that I don't immerse myself in it one way or another....
