How long did it take you to get them? 2) What is your representative number and who holds your AFS licence? 3) Do you provide advice that is strategy based without recommending products?... 4) If products are recommended, are you authorized to provide advice on these? 4) Can you advise on my current products? 5) What is your experience as a financial adviser? 6) Are you a member of any industry associations and / or professional bodies? If the planner cant answer these, then find a new one or give me a call!
