20.01.2022 I will always be spreading the love for this message. If you are searching for any kind of ‘healing’ especially for your body, or if you’re wanting to lose weig...ht, reduce inflammation, transmute and clear any physical pain or suffering you might be experiencing in your precious body, cleanse, detox, purify or fast, I can highly recommend choosing a 100% organic, wholefoods, Plant Based diet and lifestyle. Putting non-organic, GMO, toxic, chemical and pesticide-full food in your body isn’t a good idea and is the quickest route to health challenges, disease, illness, surgery intervention and more. And if you have the belief that you ‘can’t afford organic food’ here are some suggestions on how to manifest it. 1. Start growing your own, in your garden or an allotment or community garden plot 2. Contribute to a community garden as a volunteer in exchange for a weekly fruit & veggie box 3. Shop at your local organic farmers markets, their produce is generally cheaper and of a much higher quality than the supermarket organic fruit and veg. And if you go towards the end of the markets you can normally pick up produce super cheap (or sometimes even for free if they’re needing to give it to a good home). 4. If you’re really hard up for cash some local organic wholefoods shops (like Santos Organics in Mullumbimby, Australia) give away fruit and veggies for free through community services. Just ask your local council. 5. Buy a weekly delivered fruit & veggie box from your local organic farmers or online company. There are so many available across the globe, especially in Western Countries and generally they can only cost between 20-40 or $25-50. A very inexpensive way to receive local, seasonal, organic fruit and veggies for the week. Ultimately it’s just a choice. Do you choose to put your health and well-being first and eat organic, or do you choose to not bother and risk poor health and the potential of having to spend money on addressing those issues at a later date? And for everyone out there doing detoxes, cleanses and fasts, it really doesn’t make any sense to be doing these and then going back to a non-organic, omnivorous diet and lifestyle, and putting more toxins back in your body. If you are really truly committed to cleansing and detoxing your body, it needs to be a long term and sustainable commitment. This involves choosing an organic, wholefoods, Plant Based diet, which includes only drinking water and liquid that is derived from organic fruit/vegetables too. This choice is not only good for you, your body, health and well-being, but your loved ones, all creatures great and small and our precious planet too. Love you beautiful ones x x x
