11.01.2022 We’re thinking of all our Melbourne and Victorian friends today and sending love south. You’ve got this. #TogetherInTravel

11.01.2022 I’m back with your Friday inspo pic!! And I’m sharing this photo of my home state Victoria Obviously you are only hearing the negatives right now, but when the times right I cannot wait to get back to Mt Hotham, and I hope you will visit too. I was so lucky as a kid to spend our winter holidays on this beautiful majestic mountain ... even if I was forced down runs I couldn’t handle by my father We love you Victoria

10.01.2022 Well Hello there , its been a while. Thought it was time for an update on my business. So its been 6 months since everything went to shit. 6 months of cancelling holidays, applying for refunds, fighting for refunds, reading policies, breaking down terms and conditions, and listening and watching this amazing industry fall to ground. Its been incredibly hard and it still feels unbelievable. But there is a lot I've learnt from this and its not all negative..... * Be grate...ful for everything and everyone around me. I am grateful to all of my clients who did not get angry with me, did not push me to make things happen faster, who just trusted me and let me do my job. * Never give up. Just yesterday after 6 months of fighting and never giving up I was able to advise my clients that I can finally refund them all their Europe accommodation. Damn that felt good! * Self worth. I am good at what I do! Travel post covid will be very very different and more than ever people will need a travel manager in their corner making sense of it all, and making it happen! * For every high there is a low, every good a bad, every action a reaction. To experience it is living, to accept is adult, to learn & rise above is to be strong. This quote probably sums up the last 6 months for me in my business. I cannot wait to get back to planning and booking holidays. For now I will continue looking after my clients who could not go on theirs. And with all of that fluffy stuff.........here is your Friday inspo pic from my backyard. Spa Pool, Karijini National Park. Happy Friday to you all

09.01.2022 Think Positive Thoughts! Your Friday inspo pic is here to send you into a positive weekend. You may not be able to get here right now but you will one day, and I will be here ready to help make your travel dreams come true. This is Bitter Springs, in Elsey National Park, Katherine NT. Who wants to pop this one on their list?

09.01.2022 Are you still there?? . . Can you give me a little wave so I know you're still with me.... .... . I hope you are....its been a long 8 months since the dreaded 'you know what' reared its ugly head. Sometimes I forget that my business I spent 5 years building was so effected by this and will be for a very long time...who knows how long? But then it doesn't take long to appreciate and realise how lucky I am, and we all are. We live in a great country! I know some have sacrificed more than others, but if we've been forced to learn anything from this it would be a fair bit of resilience. So I am here, as soon as you need me. Its time to start making plans. Domestic borders are opening and summer is well on its way! Where in Australia would you like to travel to first and why? Here's my inspo pic for you all. This is where I want to go.....via Victoria to pick up all my family and friends....and no one deserves this more than them!!!! *** This is Byron at Byron *** A rainforest resort. An escape from all that has worried you and weighted down on your shoulders for the past 8 months. Poolside signature cocktails, morning Yoga, rainforest walks, multi award wining day spa....the list goes on. You deserve this.....so do I

07.01.2022 Who likes a hotel review? This one gets massive thumbs up from myself and my family! ‘Pier 21 Apartment Hotel Fremantle’ pier21.com.au... Situated right on the Swan River is this elegant 4.5 star gem! Our apartment was perfect for us. The view and location was the absolute winner!!! As you can see we looked straight out at the harbour and even had our very own private white sandy beach with crystal clear water. We could sit on our balcony watch the boats coming in and out while the kids built sandcastles on the beach directly in front of us. We stayed in a Luxe Riverview two bedroom queen and 2 single apartment for 7 nights. I would highly recommend upgrading to a riverview to enjoy every aspect of this location. Apart from this amazing location the facilities were brilliant. Full size tennis court, table tennis, gym, indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor pool and more. Because we visited Pier 21 during the winter months, the indoor heated pool was very popular with our kids. Then there's all the added extras; free laundry, free WiFi, free parking, free movies...these little things really do matter because value for money matters. Next time your are coming to Perth make sure you stay at Pier 21, book yourself (or better yet I will book you) a riverview apartment and enjoy every minute here like we did! Pier 21 Fremantle

04.01.2022 Here is your inspiration to send u into the weekend.

03.01.2022 Today’s Friday Inspo Pic is pretty magical and it’s in Jervis Bay, NSW. This is microscopic bioluminescent algae known as Noctiluca. Often found during the warmer months after rain. Due to a chemical reaction, the area's plankton becomes bioluminscent and emits a strong, blue-tinted glow.... PRETTY yeah?

03.01.2022 Whatever it takes

02.01.2022 While I work on your Friday Inspo Pic.....here is your Friday Funny (mild language warning)

01.01.2022 And following my last post....this is how they sent her off today. Very clever Qantas
