23.01.2022 Hey As I promised you guys, here is my super delicious Banana Bread recipe Ingredients: ... 1 1/4 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped (150 g) ( you can use any kind of nuts ) 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g) 1 cup brown sugar (200 g) 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 large overripe bananas, mashed+ 1 banana for decoration on top ( not riped) 1/4 cup plain whole fat yogurt (4 tablespoons) 2 large eggs, beaten lightly 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons rum or rum essence (optional) 100g shaved Dark chocolate ( optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 175C. Grease a loaf pan. 2. Toast the Walnuts in the oven about 5-10 mins 3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, walnuts, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, stir the mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter, chopped dark chocolate and vanilla with a spoon. Add rum, if using. Lightly fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula, mixing just until combined. The batter should be thick and chunky. Scrape the batter into the loaf pan. Add extra banana pieces on top for decoration. 4. Bake the banana bread until the surface appears golden brown and a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 55- 60 minutes. Let cool the banana bread in the pan for 5 minutes! Its READY!!!!! Yummyyyyyy Serve Warm Let me know how do you like it!
