22.01.2022 I'm getting so confident in the kitchen :) I used to only experiment with vegetable dishes but here goes: My first ever slow roasted silver side! Tamtadada (trumpet fanfare) It's so tender and full of flavor I used Roma Italian spice mix and Herb and Garlic dip mix Rubbed the spices and a bit of salt (my only mistake didn't realize that it was already cured so it got a bit over salted no salt next time) fried it on both sides in a frying pan and then placed it in a oven tray together with an onion (diced) and 3 cloves of garlic and covered halfway up with a mix of oil, balsamic vinegar and more spice and dip mix so it would marinate as it cooked. Put in oven (lower part) for 2 hours on middle low temperature.
07.01.2022 A Lebanese touch on the classic Veggies in tomato sauce, served with couscous instead of pasta and tada! A whole new dinner!
