01.01.2022 Retired taxi driver who enjoys playing golf, adequately, playing guitar, for self and dog, working with wood as a member of the local woodworking club, and getting up late. About 5 years ago, shortly after retiring, I came to the conclusion that my talents might lie in making guitars instead of playing them. So that's what I started to do. So now I'm an amateur luthier. People ask me if I have sold any guitars. Well, no. If I did then I would be conducting a business, wouldn'...t I. And I'm sure the first to find out about that would be Centrelink, who pay my fortnightly pension, bless their little cotton socks. I have done a small amount of remedial work, to pay for material you understand. About 2 years ago I started a ukelele making group within our woodworking club. We meet every Wednesday night, and a few members are now the happy owners of their own hand made instrument. A few not so. That's me with Henry (dog) and guitar. the other significant other is taking the photo.
