About you:... Previous experience as an Indian, Nonya or Thai Cook Sound knowledge of food safety Flexible working attitude Available for a 7-day flexible roster, including weekends and nights Able to maintain records of stock levels and food cost control Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction is provided, while maintaining high brand standards You will be self-driven and demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and an appetite to achieve and succeed You are available for immediate start Only persons willing to make a long-term commitment to Alice Springs need apply Skills Required: Relevant Cook qualifications Experienced and specialised in Indian, Nonya or Thai cuisine Excellent food hygiene standards Excellent communication skills and personal presentation Planning and co-ordinating menus with the Head Chef and management Co-ordinating and managing catering and functions High attention to detail and presentation of dishes Excellent organisational and time management skills A hard working, flexible and reliable attitude, as well as a friendly disposition The ability to learn quickly The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy and fast paced environment The ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision If this is the opportunity you have been looking for, submit a copy of your cover letter and resume.
