21.01.2022 The bees are all over the ‘Flooded Gum’ trees bringing it in thick and fast. This is by far one of the nicest things your taste buds will ever try. Watch this space for availability soon.. Flooded Gum is a mild, light and flavoursome Eucalyptus honey. Placed in the light it glows a pale orange colour and is great with your morning coffee, tea, muesli or crumpets.

10.01.2022 FERMENTED GARLIC Today we have been inundated with Honey Orders. A few customers are wanting to make Fermented Garlic, so we thought we would share the benefits and it’s SUPER EASY! Both garlic and honey have strong medicinal properties, so it makes sense to use it as an immune booster or if you feel a cold or flu coming on. Pop a whole clove, or take a spoonful of honey (or both!).
