25.01.2022 Every BODY is beautiful....we all have our own unique shape and once you accept this, then you can be happy in your own body. Our focus is on what we call a "wellness lifestyle". Eating well and moving your body for the love of it. Understanding that healthy food is tasty and moving your body can be fun. Drawing the attention away from "diets" and focusing on rewarding your body with what it needs. Everything else takes care of itself. Education is key and developing a network of friends and family that you can learn, experience and enjoy a wellness lifestyle is key. #wellness #plantbased #phytotherapy #wellnesslifestyle #vitality #wellbeing #yoga #meditation #bliss #peace

24.01.2022 The human body has its own detoxification system and is designed to work without any external support. However, due to us being exposed to toxins from the environment, from our foods, water, air, our detoxification systems sometimes get compromised and needs a little support along the way to run more efficiently. The purpose of detoxing is to cleanse the blood and eliminate toxins. The liver is the primary organ responsible for detoxification and is supported by the intesti...nes, kidneys, lungs, and skin to support elimination and detoxification. There are ways we can support our detoxification systems and a well-balanced yoga practice that allows us to stretch, twist, expand and contract can help in the detoxifying process. We recommend a regular practice of Sun Salutations to stimulate our AGNI our DIGESTIVE FIRE which help us to burn waste products! Our Agni is situated around the navel region burning waste matter to create space for our prana, life energyWith inhalation, we draw the flame downwards burning the impurity and by exhalation, the flame moves in the opposite direction removing the waste matters out of our body.

24.01.2022 ANXIETY.....little spoken about however has a huge impact on a womans life. Anxiety can be crippling and apart from anti-anxiety and depression drugs, the treatments are limited. Although there are many triggers for Anxiety one of the little recognised is hormonal imbalance. In our experience when hormones are regulated correctly, anxiety levels drop significantly and can be managed without the use of medications. Here is an article which explores natural... methods to manage anxiety and understand the causes and triggers. https://happyhealthyyou.com.au//simple-tips-to-help-anxiety #anxiety #depression #pmdd #perimenopause #mentalhealth #womenshealth See more

24.01.2022 Green tea is a metabolism booster!! It contains powerful antioxidants called catechin polyphenols (and of course beautiful Vitamin C) which have been found to STIMULATE your metabolism and in turn accelerate WEIGHT LOSS. Not only this but this gorgeous little plant fights free radical damage (oxidative stress) in your body and it’s a perfect IMMUNE BOOSTING ingredient too! The young green tea leaves contain one of your most ZEN amino acids, L-theanine. The L-theanine create...s a sense of relaxation and calm. It stimulates the same alpha waves you activate during meditation. These effects can help counter the jitters that many experience when consuming caffeine. At the same time, those great antioxidants (which are called EGCG by the way), help protect brain cells, keeping them alive and alert and in less danger of cell death. YAY. The polyphenols in the tea stimulate the central nervous system and cause fat to be released into the blood stream for the body to use as fuel and can produce the process of fat being used for energy, called THERMOGENESIS. This provides extra energy, sheds excess water, and also helps to burn body fat (fat oxidation). Catechin polyphenols in green tea also appear to stimulate the use of fatty acids by liver and muscle cells. This then reduces the rate that carbohydrates are used and allows for more ENDURANCE and longer exercise times. No question as to why GREEN TEA is ONE of the many amazing ingredients in our HW shakes that support our bodies to reach those weight LOSS and MAINTENENCE goals. Who here loves Green Tea?

24.01.2022 So many positive comments on our new Happy Bladder. My Bladder is HAPPY "Ive been on Happy Bladder 4 weeks now and I am honestly amazed at the results. Ive struggled badly the last 12mths with overactive bladder along with a few other bladder issues and this is the first thing to really work. I tried diet changes, expensive medications, saw a Urologist for many expensive tests, worked with a womens physio (which did help some with one of my issues and still recom...mend seeing one), but it wasnt till I started this product that my prayers were answered. Im no longer feeling the urge to pee 24/7. Im going longer between breaks, sleeping through the night and no longer miserable and afraid to go out. I dont recommend a product unless I truely believe it works and this one does. Its also cheaper than the pharmaceutical ones without nasty side affects. Thank you for creating this product and saving my sanity !!" 23.01.2022 Here are several reasons why you should have your #greenjuice 1. Its a cheat to alkalise your system which is one of the key biochemical states your body needs to maintain hormonal balance. 2. It helps to metabolise hormones and oestrogen in particular. So if you have oestrogen dominance its really important.... 3. Chlorophyll is identical to hemoglobin except it contains magnesium instead of iron as its central mineral compound. This helps to build your blood and keep it flowing smoothly removing platelet aggregation. 4. Green juices dont have the same sugar impact as fruit and vegetable juices so its easy to have everyday. 5. You are feeding the right kind of microbes in your GUT. 6. You are giving your body a source of organic minerals, especially iron and magnesium which is easily assimilated. 7. It will keep you regular which is critical to hormonal excretion and hence balance. Play with your combinations and have fun with it. There is no hard and fast rule. Pop in some turmeric as well. Start with small amounts and build up. You definitely need to check this out https://hhy.link/healthy-722eb

21.01.2022 "You cannot heal in the same environment that made you sick" What changes have you made since you started following our advice and taking the products? All health conditions, especially hormonal imbalances are dependent on your internal and external environment. Physical and emotional. Your biological terrain (internal biochemistry) is the soil that allows imbalance and disease to develop. One of our key messages and part of the 8 week program is t...o increase the intake of antioxidant rich foods and alkaline forming foods. The combination of these two dietary actions creates the ideal internal environment to allow your body to balance and become less reliant on our products to maintain balance. You should also consider your immediate emotional surroundings. Stress from relationships, work and personal can create a toxic environment. If stress is an ongoing aspect in your life, then this will constantly be disrupting your hormonal balance. Some situations you can change, others you cannot. But the question is have you considered changing the situation or made proactive steps to make positive relationship changes? #moodswings #irritable #angry #anxiety #depression #postnataldepression #pcos #endometriosis #menopause #perimenopause #pmdd #pms See more

A far more effective way to populate your GUT with beneficial bacteria is through LIVE sources of probiotics. Coconut water kefir is one of the best ways or if you want an even easier way is our Happy Greens or Happy Turmeric which are sources of LIVE probiotics. 17.01.2022 Are you an emotional eater? Eating in response to emotions becomes a habit which prevents us from learning skills that may actually help us better deal with our emotions. To help you manage external triggers and move toward overcoming this habit, you can consider some of the following suggestions:... 1. Dont shop when hungry, these leads to buy comfort foods more than healthy and nutritious options. 2. Store foods that are more desirable for emotional eating on top shelves 3. Avoid buying bulk whilst youre in the healing phase, instead go for single serves. 4. At social events, spend time connecting with people and avoid sitting in the rooms where food is displayed. 5. At home keep food in kitchen area only. Avoid lolly bowls in the lounge room etc 6. Be mindful when eating. HOW? When eating, think how you might describe the food youre eating to someone else; texture, taste etc, also eat in a non stimulating or distracting place. 7. Eat SLOWER: put fork down between meals, sip on digestive tea in between mouthfuls. This will help with digestive enzyme production and reconnect you with your satiety signals. 8. Educate yourself on what portions sizes are whilst you are reconnecting to your innate hunger and satiety. Use smaller plates . Mimic others. 9. Keep a journal next to the fridge and write down what youre FEELING before you enter the kitchen in search of food for comfort. 10. Plan and prepare your meals so you are meeting nutritional needs each day. 11. When cravings or the desire to binge creeps up, ASK yourself: What happened in the last 24 hours to trigger this emotional reaction? #moodswings #irritable #angry #anxiety #depression #HAPPYHEALTHYYOU #HHY #happyhormones #wellness #plantbased #phytotherapy #wellnesslifestyle #vitality #wellbeing See more

09.01.2022 Microbiome: Big word with BIG consequences for your emotional wellbeing. The Microbiome refers to your microbial balance in your body. Not only within your digestive system, but skin, nasal passages and vagina. Basically your whole body interacts with the world through microbes with consequences to your health. Specifically the type of microbes in your digestive system impact significantly on your emotional wellbeing. Directly and indirectly. Most of our bo...dys serotonin levels, which is a major feel good hormone in the body, is produced in our digestive tracts. There also are certain microbes needed to metabolise sex hormones. Hormones have a huge impact on your emotional wellbeing and if these microbes are not breaking down and excreting hormones, then hormonal fluctuations develop triggering a roller coaster of emotions from mood swings, irritability, anger, anxiety and depression. The best source of healthy microbes should come from your diet in the form of fermented foods and drinks. You can then supplement your diet with LIVE probiotic supplements if needed such as Happy Greens and Happy Turmeric. #microbiome #GUTfriendly #fermentation #kefir #microbes #moodswings #irritable #angry #anxiety #depression #postnataldepression See more

08.01.2022 HOW DO YOU RELATE TO EARTH? Our feet, legs and pelvis are connected to our root chakra. The root chakra regulates the energy associated with instinct, survival, and safety. When we experience pain or discomfort in our feet legs and pelvic we can start to look into how we relate to earth when we stand and walk through life. GROUNDING or EARTHING basically means that we reconnect with the elements of the earth as in water, soil, sand, rocks and with your body itself. The feet a...re what grounds us and what connects us to the earth together with our pelvic floor. By practicing earthing, connecting your feet to the earth and rooting down we will be able to balance the root chakra. While also improving any physical misalignments in our feet, legs and pelvis. We all have an energetic body that is constantly being affected by the energy of the universe, the energy of the earth, and our lifestyle. When practicing earthing the electrical change coming from the earth can help to reset and strengthen our own electromagnetic field and balance the energy within our body. So that we have stronger resistance towards free radicals and can reduce inflammation. Research has shown that 30 minutes a day would be the optimal time of receiving all the benefits from Earthing but that even 10-15 minutes a day will make a difference. Spending more time outside connecting with nature has many more benefits and by adding this to your daily routine your sense of well-being will improve.

06.01.2022 Medical Conditions Associated with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB) Abnormal uterine bleeds involve vaginal bleeding which occurs outside of your regular menstrual cycle bleed. These bleeds are commonly caused by a specific hormonal condition. Below I shed some light on what these are and the difference between them. DO YOU SUFFER FROM ANY OF THESE?... Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) To be diagnosed with PCOS, a woman must present two out of the three criteria: irregular ovulation, high androgen levels, polycystic ovaries (on an ultrasound). Interestingly about 30% of women with this condition have no cysts. Endometriosis Endometriosis is a serious systemic inflammatory, immunological and hormonal condition whereby bits of uterine lining grows in abnormal places throughout the body. This outcast endometrial tissue responds to monthly cycles of hormones. which can cause severe pain, heavy normal bleeding, cramps and nausea. A definitive diagnosis is attained only via laparoscopy. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) PID is an infection of the organs of a womens reproductive system. It commonly occurs when bacteria spreads from the vagina to the uterus and upper genital tract via intercourse, sexually transmitted infections, intrauterine devices, childbirth, miscarriage, abortion or endometrial biopsy. It can be asymptomatic, but may also cause scar tissue and abscess development in the fallopian tubes leading to chronic pelvic pain and or infertility. Adenomyosis Adenomyosis is a condition of the uterus (womb) where the cells that normally form a lining on the inside of the uterus also grow in the muscle wall of the uterus. Adenomyosis depends on oestrogen circulating in a womans body. When oestrogen levels fall (eg. in menopause or post hysterectomy), adenomyosis symptoms cease. In some cases, adenomyosis causes no symptoms at all. However, many women suffer heavy or long bleeds, severe pain and or cramping, large clots, spotting, uterine enlargement and painful intercourse. Stay tuned for more conditions that may be related to dysfunctional bleeding. In the meantime spend 10 minutes completing our complimentary womens health assessment to gain a greater insight into your hormonal symptoms. https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/pages/assessment
