22.01.2022 This morning while playing with the playdough and waiting for others to arrive I took the opportunity to connect one on one with Miss M. Connecting with children on their level provides endless avenues for learning and I believe this is when they learn the most, its also a great time to discover the childs interests and knowledge. This morning while we played with playdough we were - Developing our social and language skills... Strengthening our fine motor skills Fostering positive relationships Using our imaginations to play and create Your childs relationships also support their cognitive development, especially their relationship with you! And play is a great relationship builder. Spending time playing with your child sends a simple message you are important to me. This message helps your child learn about who they are and where they fit in the world.

22.01.2022 We had a fabulous time at our Bush Kindy playsession today! Special thanks to Coleys kids in Peeramon for allowing us all to use her amazing space and the co-ordination unit and Nicole setting it all up. The children gained so many benefits from the play session! We had a treasure hunt, we did carpentry, we balanced on planks and played in our climbing net plus much more. The children had such an amazing day our beloved doll Bobo even got to make the trip. Tablelands Family Day Care Scheme

20.01.2022 Park run is such a great way to kick off the weekend for the whole family! Walk, jog, run, take your pram, take your dog! Theres so many ways to park run! Children get a free shirt when they hit 10 park runs, adults at 50! 16.01.2022 Painting aids children to acquire hand-eye coordination. This is developed while they learn to paint the parts that they see; making sure their hand movement is at par with their vision. Painting also helps your child develop mobility skills. Their hand muscles are being used, which allows them a scope to develop both mentally and physically.

14.01.2022 I was so proud of our kiddies yesterday when we bathed Molly. I told them how scared of baths she is and how gentle we had to be with her. The children were so calm and soft and caring of her. She actually seemed to enjoy it just a little.
