15.01.2022 Welcome to Happy Bear Family Day Care :-) I'm located in Bletchley Park, Southern River. My name is Mandy and I'm a qualified Educator and an approved service registered with Elite Childcare Solutions Family Day Care Scheme and also registered for CCS for eligible families.... I've been running Family Day Care since early 2009. My service provides a clean and safe home environment with a real family atmosphere. I have children of my own (12, 9 and 6) who just love the fact I have a daycare at home. Many friendships have development (and continue to develop) between my own children and my children in care which I think is really special. I believe: - Children need to be cared for as individuals in an environment similar to that of a childs own home. - Children learn best when they are interested and excited by what they are learning, as well as when they feel comfortable in their environment. - It is important to maintain an open and friendly relationship with the parent. - The first years of a child's life are the most important years, these are the years their personalities are developing. - All children deserve unconditional positive attention so they can develop in areas such as physical, emotional, social and intellectual, whilst feeling safe and secure. - Children need routine and I will maintain the childs general home routine as much as possible. - I will set good examples as a role model for children. - Safety is of utmost importance at all times My role in the life of your child is someone who provides opportunities for learning, play and development whilst in a safe and caring environment. 10.01.2022 Back in 2009 I started my journey as a Family Day Care Educator. I met some babies/toddlers who also started their Family Day Care experience with me and over the years friendships were made, with myself and also my daughter who was only 1 at the time. Next week, my daughter and these children start a new chapter, a new experience. HIGHSCHOOL. Josh, Jasmine, Jake, Jasper and Maddison, I wish you all well, and I cant wait to see all your first day photos pop up in my news f...eed. Also to Annastasia and Amberlie who have been part of my FDC and starting highschool next week, good luck, I truly hope you have a fantastic year. Jake, Jaxon and Sofia, I hope you enjoy your first week in Preprimary, I'm going to miss you guys.
