15.01.2022 See this beautiful lady this is my good friend Jaana Wolfenden and she’s the legend who did the drawing of the sprouties for the Happy Clover logo this is h...er at Millen Farm Markets today where I sold my broccoli sprouts with Arran Heideman. Normally we would take a selfie together, but we awkwardly couldn’t hug or take a selfie today #coronalife. Thanks for the drawings Jaana, I love them and I’ve absolutely loved you coming on this little journey with me The 3 logos on the right is the progression of how the logo evolved. Jaana drew the first one up by hand as a rough draft, then she did a digital version, then I put it onto my computer and I did the final touches

13.01.2022 Typical lunch for me and the fam. Everyday our lunch resembles something like this. Will post kids eating a salad one of these days I took this pic, but hoping to get some professional meal shots soon. We have our sprouts in salads, and smoothies mainly. Chopping them up in the blender for the smoothy means the sulphophane has time to crunch and make even more of the good stuff for our brains and bodies. ... Beetroots from Millen Farm, grass fed lamb from Samford Valley Meats and the rest from my garden and Four Seasons Organics

10.01.2022 Super happy vibrant sprouts, we have them on our eggs in the morning, just sprinkle some on a meal to make it look really fresh and yummy, broccoli sprouts are also super high in sulforaphane (a natural anti-depressant) which is a bonus.

04.01.2022 Would like to say a very big thank you to Sharon at The Greenshed. She has a beautiful eatable flower and microgreens farm up the Sunshine Coast. What a world of knowledge she is, and so generous with wanting to share it. I am so appreciative of your time Sharon wish I had taken more photos that did your farm justice. Also thanks to Jaana for coming with me had a lovely swim at Currimundi Lake afterwards and then of course as you do, we went to an awesome little op shop at Currimundi and Jaana bought a snow suit amongst other things great day, going down south next for the next adventure!!! Love meeting other farmers with such a beautiful ethos of sharing knowledge
