25.01.2022 We would like to thank all of our customers for their patronage over the last year. See below for our holiday trading hours. We will be open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Years Day this year.... Open for Lunch (12-2pm) & Dinner (5pm) We will be trading 7 days from Christmas Day to Australia Day. We will be closed on January 27th, where we will resort back to Tuesday to Sunday trading from January the 28th. We hope that everyone has a Merry Christmas and a prosperous and Happy New Year from the team at Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant

02.01.2022 To Our Followers, As with most of our community, we have been impacted by the new restrictions put into place by the government to encourage social distancing and reduce the spread of COVID-19. In what is an unprecedented time for the hospitality industry we would like to provide an update to our patrons. ... As per the recommendations of the government, we will not be accepting dine-in customers. We are still open for Take Away during normal business hours and we're now offering the option to deliver during DINNER hours as well. A flat $5 delivery fee will apply to all deliveries. Deliveries will be to the Forster/Tuncurry area only. You may also request contactless delivery (to be left at your door) when you leave your order with us over the phone. Please make sure you leave a mobile number and clear instructions for the delivery driver if this is what you require. To maintain safe health and hygiene practices, we encourage our clients to pay via card over the counter or over the phone for deliveries. We recommend our clients make use of the hand sanitizer at the front door when available (we are trying to restock). We encourage everyone to support the local businesses, restaurants & employees of these businesses during these uncertain times and to maintain good hygiene practices for yourselves and others around you.
