I want you to take a deep breath, right now and not change your posture. How does that feel ? Now I want you to sit up straight but relaxed, take a deep breath..and feel the difference. Breath from your abdomen not shallow chest breaths. Tell yourself ... I AM CALM repeat this 6 or more until there will be a shift that will make you feel calmer. Its true. Go give it a go today! 13.01.2022 WISE WORDS TO MUMS..... Never push your toddler to walk . The process of crawling is Vital, repeat Vital for as long as the child needs too. It develops their motor skills and nervous system allowing coordination between the limbs. It involves support from all 4 limbs, Which is a process by reason of evolution development.Their will be missing pieces of your childs growth if they do not crawl eg. perception, affecting movement in profound ways and biomechanics. Later on in life, as an adult it is obvious to see who has only crawled for a while or not at all.( You can notice this in coordination) By all means hold their tiny hands to support them for a few minutes of learning to walk, but not longer than this at one time.

He has many tools in his belt which enables him to treat a wide variety of complaints. He works in a fast and effective manner saving his clients many return trips to his clinic. I run a busy clinic in Dee Why, it is nice to know Robert is there to refer our clients to when there conditions exceeds the level ...of experience held by our massage therapists.
