15.01.2022 Have you googled your business recently? Knowing what your clients and potential customers see when they look for your business allows you to monitor (and if need be, change) your digital footprint. Use a private window or incognito mode so that Google doesn’t tailor the results to your location and search habits. You can even search for your competitors to see how they compare. Happy searching! #SmallBusinessTips #SmallBusinessMorningtonPeninsula #WebsiteTips #BrandingExpert #OnlineMarketing

05.01.2022 Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently when setting up your business? Share your thoughts in the comments For me, I would have signed up to Xero sooner. Before I had to register for GST my excel spreadsheet was sufficient for bookkeeping purposes. But once I needed to register for GST I needed something more sophisticated. ... It meant, that I then had to enter in all my invoices for that financial year into Xero + import and reconcile all my bank statements in one big batch. Since moving to Xero, BAS and tax processes are so much simpler. The short term benefit of not paying $50/ month was outweighed by having to dedicate 25+ hours setting Xero up at a time when I was really busy. See more
