An entitled man today told my 16 year old staff member that she was stupid and that he would be sure to tell all of his friends to NEVER F**KING come to our cafe simply because he wasn’t allowed to just let himself and his children just sit at our table without buying anything from us, or signing in as a guest. If we had done allowed that, we would be at risk o...f a massive fine, and / or possible closure.
