21.01.2022 Last week we hooked up a portable evaporative cooler or swampy to the market garden nursery. Even with 70% shade clothe we can still hit over 50C in their without ventilation. 10.01.2022 The Kale Cycle: every year as soon as the weather heats up the aphids come out to play. This year the lady beetles couldn’t keep up and the kale was destroyed. So, we were ready with strong new seedlings, in Winstrip trays, ready to replace those that were lost. ... Therefore, no kale for 1-2 months while these little ones mature.
