25.01.2022 That secret ingredient in all our recipes is LOVE. thank you @psychology of eating for the reminder . I remember being really grumpy cause I'd worked all day, raced to the shops, gone home and then had to cook tea for the family (6) of us.... I was exhausted and would always end up over cooking or adding ingredients that didn't really go together. Yelling at everyone, slamming dishes thinking about just going to bed. What sort 9f energy was I feeding my family??? Then I'd sit down to eat and think WTF is this? That was over 10 years ago, my family is grown up now and since getting out of my crappy corporate space and into my happy head space I can't wait to cook for them. Boy how things change when you begin to nurture yourself, the food tastes better, you get more creative even excited at the prospect of a great meal with great company. What's your favourite meal?
