24.01.2022 Birthday gift for our 3 year old boy! His dad is a tradie and he loves construction. I thought about a gift in where he could tap into what he likes but also be connected to nature. I also know he loves carrying his toys in boxes, hence the turtle paper box! 23.01.2022 THE SNAPPER ORGA One of our lovely boys was playing around with the winter play dough and started explaining to me what he had created. I started asking more questions about it and he proceeded to tell the whole story he had in his mind. It was so long we had to make a book for him. Heres the book we made and he got to take home. He and his mom absolutely loved it and spent a whole afternoon rereading it! Please read and enjoy, its a good story( please dont mind the K- word, its just how he talked)!

22.01.2022 Our festival we had to say farewell to winter!!! The children brought their little baskets to collect natural treasures and had too also look for queen winter! She had a cute little assistant holding her cape! We also made a little cone snowman as invitations for the festival! The festival culminated with a pizza party!

22.01.2022 Giant sweet potato gnocchies!!! Freshly made for my little butterflies here at happy hearts. It feels so good knowing they are having the healthiest diets when coming here. This ones made with wholemeal as opposed to white flour. Im being a bit lazy by not writing down the recipes. What do you lovely people think??? Should I write them down??? 08.01.2022 Still on the theme of whales!!! Were exploring with the colours of winter according to Steiner philosophy. This play dough was made with wholemeal flour, cream of tartar , olive oil, Himalayan salt, food colouring and essential oils to make it fragrant! Its so beautiful to see childrens happiness when parents support them. It boosts their confidence so much and gives them reassurance, helps them develop trust and confidence in the outer community but most importantly children respect parents who are always there for them!Good on you!!! 06.01.2022 My dearest Happy Hearts Tribe!!! I have both sad and good news. My family and I will be taking a different path next year and my time as an early childhood educator will come to a little halt. The reason being: I will be homeschooling all my children next year which I am very excited about!... Im finishing off this year and will be handing over Happy Hearts to another absolutely lovely, gentle and noble lady. Her name is Kate and Ive had the pleasure of meeting her a couple of times and she is most qualified. For all the families who have expressed interest with us for next year, I will hand over your details to her promptly so you can make arrangements with her directly. As final words I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all families and children who have joined our life the last two years and have showered us with love and joy. I have enjoyed every bit of this journey and feel very sad having to let go for now. I have so much affection and appreciation for you all. I feel so indebted to all your kindness and hope we can all keep in touch one way or another. Its been an amazing two years with you! Wishing you all the very best and please give your little ones a big kiss and hug from me. 05.01.2022 A bit blurry but I have to show this cute idea one of our little friends came up with! He really wanted a letter for himself ( we always say hello to our postman), so he asked to make a postcard. He chose the photos he wanted on the postcard which were very special to him. One is of him sitting on the policemans motor bike!!! 05.01.2022 First month of winter here in NSW and its been cold and rainy this past week. We also had our winter solstice last Saturday! Weve been telling a story about how the Sun left a village and it became cold and dark when he left. The villagers had to go to NASA to borrow a rocketship to bring the Sun back to give us warmth and light.
