22.01.2022 Wow, what a wild week since last Tuesday when I thought we'd cancel sessions for two weeks. As you've probably concluded sessions will not be recommencing in the near future. Those who have credits with me please send your bank details and I'll transfer the money back. In the mean time you may not realise I'm qualified as an online trainer. If you'd like some training sessions for home please contact me for package pricing.... Remember I've taught you well, keep moving, keep those positive endorphins flowing and meet friends at the oval to train together - but apart! Stay healthy and keep smiling See more

21.01.2022 A stitch in time saves 9. I'm taking my grandma's advice and ceasing classes effective from today for the short term. The nature of workouts in group situations means close contact and sharing of equipment, two things the health authorities are recommending we avoid. With the intention of trying to do no harm I've decided to cancel classes until 30th March at which time we'll reassess and revisit what the experts are recommending. Stay healthy, keep moving, thank you for your understanding and see you again soon.

18.01.2022 Just a reminder, because we train at home via Zoom all group classes and personal training sessions are still going ahead. If you think you might like to try a session please contact me. As always the first session is free.

14.01.2022 One more sleep and our timetable is back into full swing from 1st February. All bookings from last year have been carried forward, please let me know if you'd like to alter your times. If you would like to try out a session just message me. Cheers Penny

07.01.2022 Online training via the Zoom platform is now up and running. Below is our initial timetable, this will change with demand. If you would like to do cross training, Pilates, stretch and strengthen sessions or personal training please contact me.

07.01.2022 Easing our way back into the year.....here is the modified timetable that will start 18th January and take us through till 1st February. Anyone is welcome to join any session, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again and any new faces that might want to join us.

04.01.2022 WE'LL BE TRAINING TOGETHER AGAIN SOON! Video training via Zoom will be commencing. Full schedule of training days, times and sessions including personal training to be released next week. Please contact me if you have any questions.

02.01.2022 Our first week of training via Zoom is done and dusted and I would definitely call it a success. Thank you so much to those who joined me it was great seeing everyone again. If you're still thinking about giving it a go just contact me, I still have a few places left. Alternatively get together a group of friends for a private group session and we can schedule a time.

You have me writing your workout programs and watching to ensure that your technique is good to avoid injuries 8.
