16.01.2022 Have you tried going to sleep when your anxious or feel unloved? Ummm it’s one of the hardest thing to do! One thing that helped me was removing the seriousness of going to bed and lighting the mood with a a little love tickle or funny face. It has to be gentle and light tho because this also could ramp up the excitement a little too much Creating a safe, loving environment where the children feel connected to you before bed time & during bed time will help them drift off... to sleep more easily. And for us adults stuck in the anxious mind I find a few deep breaths (from your belly) in and out works so well in calming the bod & mind.

14.01.2022 Boys who Meditate are cool Our classes involve Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and mindful craft ... and a whole lotta fun and laughter For ages 6-10 year olds is focused on our Byron Shire Home Schooling community. So if you’re a home schooler come along and spend an hour with us!

12.01.2022 Today we learnt how to move together using magic sticks! Then we made our own magic sticks! Oh and we always have our little visitors come in at the end who brighten up the room with there big smiles and cheekiness
