15.01.2022 MY CUP IS FULL . Creating mid year breaks for myself was truly the best decision ever. 2020 with all its extra challenges had pushed me to the point where I longed for a full time job with holidays and all that jazz and I could not see myself doing this solo gig thing for much longer . It sounds so silly but old Andrea honestly felt like she needed a sign from God to have a day off. After a lot of internal work I realised that that sign will never come and only I ...can create a life that will make me happy. I acknowledged that I had created an unsustainable yearly timetable for myself and powering through was not an option. I made some small but powerful changes to how I organised my life/biz to allow time for the creation of balance and all the things that make me happy . So here is my first mid year break in pictures I kicked it off with fangin’ it through a solo Werribee Gorge circuit, before heading off with the boys for a couple of nights at a cottage in the rolling hills of Metcalfe, before heading up to the Murray for a river camp in the troopy . After a day at home I headed off with my mate to camp and hike up a storm through the beautiful rainforests of Tarra Bulga National Park and down towards the coast exploring Cape Liptrap Coastal Park The closure of Wilsons Prom was a blessing in disguise as it pushed us to explore new and beautiful places. Victoria, you are a natural beauty and I’m so grateful that I’ve made the time to get to know you even more.
