09.01.2022 Today day the Grinch took over the Year 1 and 2 classes during assembly by stealing our elves, destroying our trees and writing all over our whiteboards. We all had to work together to fix up our room and bring back the Christmas spirit with lots of singing, dancing and drawing. Hopefully our elves find their way back to Happy Valley on Monday.

06.01.2022 Hello Happy Valley Community! My name is Caitlyn Dick. I have recently completed my final placement in Prep White over Terms 3 and 4. I am very excited to graduate at the end of the year and move up to Mount Isa to begin my teaching career at Happy Valley State School. My learning and teaching practices are grounded in deep roots with the 3 C’s: creativity, collaboration and community, with a focus on effort not excellence. I am looking forward to creating, learning and exploring with your children. I hope to inspire them as much as they will inspire me.
