16.01.2022 Berry bliss! Started raspberry picking today and pleasantly surprised how many were juicy ripe. Available now from Wilgro Orchards and will roll out to other local regular customers as the volume picks up. We are still picking direct into our recognisable 200gm compostable PLA plastic trays. Sorry to disappoint those who might want to buy direct from us or do a pick-your-own. We are not in position to do that for a number of reasons.

16.01.2022 Guess who was in the mood for showing off this evening after the storms activity. #kelpielife #farmdoglife

08.01.2022 Boysenberry blitz has commenced. We have about a month to pick these big chunky black juicy berries. Last year we lost 80% of the crop due to road closures and power outages linked with the summer bushfire. This season they have ripened two weeks early and all roads are open, importantly the one to Wilgro Orchards where we have stocked the fridge first.

08.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all from our little patch of heaven.

07.01.2022 It’s World Soil Day and this years theme is "Keep soil alive, Protect soil biodiversity". Here’s a few photos showing what our soil looks like and some of the animals that we have found living underground that help with soil aeration, drainage and decomposition. Wombats are the biggest animals we have living underground but sometimes we find a small hole next to a large wombat hole. It belongs to one of Australia’s smallest birds, the Spotted Pardalote which, builds its nest in a long horizontal tunnel dug into the soil. #worldsoilday
